The Director heads the Administration and Human Resource Department at PSRD and is responsible for overseeing security, transportation, repairs and maintenance, utilities, and personnel affairs across all departments.

The Director also ensures effective coordination with government agencies with which the organisation has to deal with from time to time.

Furthermore, the Director provides administrative and secretarial support to the Board of Governors and the Board of Management during their meetings and discussions.

This year, the Directorate also successfully attained the required certifications, as reviews were conducted by Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy and Punjab Health Commission.
