The Pakistan Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled Foundation
The PSRD Foundation (TPF) was founded in the USA in 1991 and has been involved in various fundraising initiatives in the US to support the Pakistan Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PSRD). Working in association with the World Rehabilitation Fund (WRF), New York, TPF has contributed significant funding to PSRD. These donations go a long way to help PSRD in the maintenance and expansion of its multi-disciplinary rehabilitation services.
PSRD serves as the National Secretariat of Rehabilitation International, a global network promoting the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities and/or health problems, through means including advocacy, habilitation & rehabilitation to achieve an inclusive world, where all people can enjoy active participation and full human rights.
Bone and Joint Decade 2010 -2020
PSRD is a member of the National Action Network of the Bone & Joint Decade (BJD) 2010 -2020. BJD is an umbrella organization working to reduce the burden and cost of musculo-skeletal disorders to individuals, carers and society and promote musculo-skeletal health and science worldwide.
Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy
Promotes voluntary giving and serving in Pakistan by focusing on bringing together the business sector, citizen sector, and the government in an effort to make a powerful difference in addressing the challenges of poverty. PSRD has been evaluated by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy and certified for internal Governance, Financial Management, and Program Delivery.

International Osteoporosis Foundation
PSRD is an Associate Member of the Committee of National Societies of the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF). The IOF is a registered, not for profit, non-governmental foundation, based in Switzerland. It functions as a global alliance of patient societies, research organizations, healthcare professionals and international companies working to promote bone, muscle, and joint health.

A Leg to Stand On (ALTSO)
A Leg to Stand On (ALTSO) is an organization based in the US which is partnering PSRD in a project to provide free artificial limbs and appliances to children.
Punjab Welfare Trust for the Disabled
Punjab Welfare Trust for the Disabled was established in 1991 and became functional in 1997. The main purpose behind the establishment of the Trust is to provide support and assistance to NGOs and in the Public Sector for the welfare of the disabled in Punjab by providing education, medical diagnosis, care and treatment as well as job placement and rehabilitation. Punjab Welfare Trust for the Disabled provides grants to PSRD a regular basis.
